Seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse to join Awhi Matua, community mental health team for older adults Permanent, Full-time (40 hours) per week, based at Greenlane Clinical Centre, right next to Cornwall Park Monday to Friday working week, 8am - 4.30pm The Opportunity This role is based with Awhi Matua, our community mental health team who serve the central Auckland population of adults over 65 who are experiencing acute mental illness or behavioral difficulties associated with dementia. The team works with people from acute crisis through to continuing care.
Your responsibilities will include clinical triage, liaison with referrers, and phone assessments following a triage pathway. You will also work as a clinical team member in the Awhi Matua Community Team.

You will be a NZ registered Mental Health Nurse, with a minimum of three years clinical experience. Ideally, you will have a postgraduate certificate / diploma in specialty mental health practice.
This is a community-based role, which requires a full NZ Drivers licence. Applicants will also have:
