We provide assessment and diagnosis, treatment, advice and referral to those affected by mental health and alcohol and other drug problems.About the LocationWe have bases in Kaikohe, Kerikeri and the Bay of Islands, supporting patients and their families across the Mid North rohe.About youOur ideal candidate will:Have registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand with a current practicing certificate, as well as a strong desire and ability to work as part of a positive and productive multi-disciplinary team.Hold a current, clean full NZ drivers licence.Competency with te ao Maori, tikanga, and te reo Maori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth.Experience in projects/initiatives which give effect to Te Tiriti principles and frameworks, and the application of Matauranga Maori and Kaupapa Maori approaches, particularly as they apply in healthcare settings.Working for Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is 'the weaving of wellness'.
