The Community Mental Health Nurse will have a caseload of clients which they manage autonomously but with the support of the MDT. You will be responsible for the co-ordination of their care, monitoring of mental state and helping them with their recovery journey alongside the whanau.You will be knowledgeable about the MHA and develop a relationship with MGO's in the Kapiti area.We are an experienced mental health team situated on the Kapiti Coast. We consist of Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Social Workers, Registered Mental Health Nurses, and Admin staff.You must have the ability to work autonomously and manage your own caseload with the MDT available for support. Recent experience in case management would be a benefit but not essential, as well as a willingness to grow and develop in this role.
