As we expand, we seek a dynamic Community and Marketing Manager to join our team and drive the growth and engagement of our community, ensuring a strong brand presence and influence in the education industry. What You'll Be Doing:  The Community Manager will have the exciting opportunity to build, nurture, and engage our community across various platforms. Bring your energetic, vibrant, most flamboyant self to this role which involves developing strategies to grow our user base, fostering strong relationships with community members, and acting as a bridge between the community and Kai's Education. Additionally, you will spearhead marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive event attendance, and support community growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, highly communicative, and adept at managing both online and offline community initiatives. This role requires a dynamic individual who can seamlessly integrate community management with marketing efforts to achieve our strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: Community Engagement and Growth: Develop and execute community engagement strategies to grow and maintain an active, vibrant community.  Engage with users on various platforms (social media, forums, blogs, etc.) to foster discussions, answer questions, and provide support.  Create and manage community events, webinars, and meetups to promote engagement and knowledge sharing. Content Creation and Management: Generate engaging content for the community, including blog posts, newsletters, social media updates, and discussion prompts.  Curate user-generated content and showcase it across appropriate channels.  Collaborate with the marketing team to align community content with broader marketing initiatives. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key community members, influencers, and industry partners.  Act as the primary point of contact for community members, addressing their needs and feedback.  Identify and nurture community advocates and brand ambassadors. Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor community metrics and analyze engagement data to measure the success of community initiatives.  Use insights to inform and optimize community strategies.  Gather and relay user feedback to product and development teams to help improve products and services. Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging community management practices.  Implement best practices and innovative approaches to enhance community engagement. Represent Kai's Education at industry events, conferences, and other relevant forums.
