Aged & Disability Support (Community Services & Development)We currently have two exciting opportunities for Community Facilitators to join our supportive and dedicated team in Whanganui.No two days would be the same in the Community Facilitator role. You would be responsible for working alongside disabled people and their whanau, linking people to information, resources and services in their community. One role will predominantly be working in the Health of Older Persons service, the other in our Disability Support Service.These are full-time roles, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
