Position Description - Community Carer Te Whatu Ora Tairawhiti District Nursing Service is a busy and dynamic team made up of experienced and dedicated nurses. The District Nursing service provides cover mainly within the Gisborne City area. We are looking for a Community Carer to support the district nursing team. This role will support the team on a variety of non-clinical tasks and provide ongoing care to people under the direction and delegation of the District Nurse.
