Mo tenei turanga mahi About this role The primary goal of this role is to support clients in receiving a person centred, client driven sport and leisure experience. This includes facilitating self-determined opportunities for clients to actively participate in socially inclusive sport and leisure, recruiting volunteers and supporting local support groups and committees. Ko wai koe About you Practical experience in a sport and leisure environment with people of all ages Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills Practical experience in managing and coordinating groups of people Experience in recruiting and training volunteers Ability to build and maintain key stakeholder relationships Excellent planning and organising skills, including time-management skills This is a great opportunity to join an organisation that is truly passionate about helping their clients, while also offering rewarding career opportunities and a flexible work environment where possible!
