A recognised tertiary qualification in a related discipline is essential, along with a full NZ Driver's Licence.Community Development and Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated expertise in building and managing community partnerships, with the ability to lead strategic initiatives that align with Council objectives and community wellbeing goals.
