Up to full time position, with a minimum of 40 hours per fortnight (0.5 FTE).
Nga mohiohio e pa ana ki enei mahi (About these positions) The purpose of this role is to support Community Allied Health Services, working in people's homes to promote rehabilitation and health.
Key elements of this role will include: Assisting allied health professionals to deliver rehabilitation programmes within people's homes.
Sourcing, delivering and setting up equipment to promote health, wellbeing and maintaining independence.
Plus, other tasks delegated by registered Allied Health professionals.

You will be flexible, an excellent communicator, a team player and have a good sense of humour.

This is a diverse role, and you will need the ability to think on your feet.
On the job training, supervision and support will be provided.

Qualifications It's essential that you have Year 11 NCEA Level 1 English and Maths (or equivalent) and a current full driver's licence.
The NZQA Level 3: New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Health Assistance Strand, if not previously obtained, is to be completed within 2 years of commencement.
