Communications & Ticketing Coordinator

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Communications & Ticketing Coordinator. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure across our business while supporting the Internal Communications & Ticketing Manager to manage the flow of information across various channels, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality outputs that reflect our brand.
What You'll Do:
Managing Internal Communications: Distribute, maintain, and manage internal communication documents, ensuring information is clear, accurate, and consistent across all channels.
Promotions & Campaigns: Provide clear, concise, and timely communications to stores regarding all promotions and campaigns.
Advertising & Branding: Deliver professional advertising materials that align with Farmers' brand guidelines and messaging.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with teams across the business to ensure smooth and effective communication.
Team Support: Be an integral part of the team, taking initiative and contributing positively to the work culture.
What We're Looking For:
Attention to Detail: Someone meticulous with information and deadlines, ensuring all tasks are completed with accuracy and efficiency.
Design & Layout Skills: Experience in typography, layout design, and working with creative software (especially Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign).
Excellent Communication Skills: You'll need to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, with a variety of stakeholders.
Organisational Expertise: Strong multitasking skills to manage various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant Experience: A background in Marketing, Communications, or Retail Administration (preferably with previous exposure to proofing content and/or promotional coordination).
Creative & Strategic Thinking: A knack for thinking outside the box and problem-solving in dynamic situations.
Tertiary Qualifications: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field OR similar experience.
Job level(s): Graduate, 1-3 years relevant experience.
