About The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for owning and creating customer journeys to deliver exceptional customer experiences and enhancing customer touchpoints to provide Kiwis with relevant information easily and effectively.
Reporting into the Head of Customer Experience and Marketing, you will own the customer experience journey and work with our internal teams to ensure the delivery of a world class customer experience for our members.
Your day to day will look something like this:
Writing engaging copy for our website, emails, articles and media releases to deliver key messages.
Creating and executing campaigns (upsell, cross-sell, retention etc.) using our marketing automation platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and conducting testing to improve performance and user experience.
Collaborating with other teams including compliance, customer service and sales to ensure successful execution of campaign strategies.
Working with our technology team on new customer tools and acting as the comms and brand expert on those projects.
Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance using analytics tools to drive continuous improvement.
Conducting SEO reviews of our website and implementing improvements.
Working with our KiwiSaver Advisers or Investments Team to curate articles or media releases on relevant and interesting topics.
Providing support to the Head of Customer Experience and Marketing with day-to-day marketing tasks.
About You
Our dream candidate is a highly competent and capable all-rounder with a strong foundation in marketing communications. You are a confident writer and passionate about designing and implementing seamless and effective communication strategies. You will have strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. You will be ready to fast-track your career by being involved at all stages and in all aspects of communications.
In addition to the above you will also have:

5 years of experience in a similar marketing or communications role.
Demonstrable copywriting experience.
A good understanding of cross-channel marketing campaigns and digital channel best-practice.
A creative flair and the ability to support with comms work (email, webpage, social etc).
A data-driven approach for measuring marketing initiatives, interpreting trends, and taking learnings to optimise and improve campaign performance.
Experience using marketing automation software (preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is advantageous but not essential.
A self-starter mentality, and ability to work independently and apply critical thinking.
Exceptional attention to detail across all of your work. We work in a high compliance environment and advertisements must be free of errors.
A clean credit and criminal check.
