We are seeking a talented Communications Specialist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This office-based role is ideal for a proactive communicator with a passion for creating impactful messages and engaging with diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic communication plans that reflect the school's mission, vision, and values. Manage content creation across multiple platforms, including newsletters, website, and social media. Enhance the school's brand by fostering positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and the wider community. Co-ordinate with various stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment in all communications. Track and analyse communication metrics to improve engagement and reach. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in communications or a similar role; ideally in an education setting. Proven writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and multimedia platforms. Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and creativity. Knowledge of graphic design software, basic HTML/CSS and familiarity with video production and editing tools.
