Reporting to the Chief Customer and Revenue Officer (CCRO), this role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives, managing the McFall brand, and enhancing its digital presence.Responsibilities:Strategic Marketing DevelopmentDesign and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with organisational goals.Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.Develop and execute communication plans to effectively convey key messages across internal and external stakeholders.Ensure all communication aligns with the organisation's tone, vision, and objectives.Digital and Social Media ManagementOversee digital platforms and social media channels to enhance online presence and audience engagement.Manage content creation, campaigns, and analytics to optimise performance.Brand Management and ReportingMaintain and enhance brand consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints.Monitor brand performance and generate reports to track success and identify areas for improvement.Collaboration and AlignmentWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with organisational objectives.Act as a liaison between departments to support cohesive messaging and campaigns.Budget and Resource ManagementManage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and contractors to achieve marketing goals within set budgets.Operational ExcellenceStreamline marketing operations for efficiency and effectiveness.Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance output and ROI.Candidate Requirements:Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Advanced degree preferred.Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing and communications, with proven leadership experience.Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.Tech Savvy: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management.Applications will only be accepted via Seek.
