As the Communications and Marketing lead, you will report to the GM of Communications.Engagement. Specific outcomes for this role will include:Effective Communication and Marketing Strategies to increase awareness of all programmes and initiativesCommunity Engagement with the community developing messaging and programmes with all stakeholdersBrand Messaging & Visibility to ensure there is consistency across all channels and aligned to the mission and objectivesDigital presence is fully optimised to increase engagement and improve public perception of all programmesStakeholder relationships are maintained across all key community leaders, stakeholders, and media outletsTo be successful for this role you will bring:Proven experience in developing and implementing communication and marketing strategies in a community-focused or similar settingStrong empathy with Maori and Pasifika communities with the ability to communicate and respect cultural valuesProficient in website management and digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, and tools that include CMS, analytical platforms, and marketing systemsMedia experience managing enquiries, press releases, and PRStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projectsPreferred:Experience in community regeneration or housing developmentProficiency or understanding of Te Reo or Pacific languageThis is a very positive and warm organisation where everyone is focused on a shared vision for the Tamaki community.
