We have an exciting opportunity for a Communications Manager to join our Corporate Communications team. Reporting to a Senior Communications Manager, this person will work with leaders in manufacturing and human resources to develop communication plans to drive business objectives and help our employees feel more connected with F&P.
Responsibilities:
Helping employees understand their contribution to operational performance
Planning and facilitating strategy meetings, leader forums and Town Halls
Researching and telling engaging stories
Writing clear and simple communications for our digital platforms or print
Supporting change initiatives
Gathering insight to guide communication plans
Using insight to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Minimum Requirements:
You have five to 10 years of experience in communications and are comfortable working with leaders in manufacturing and operations
You can work independently to research and write messages for diverse audiences, many of whom speak English as a second language
You are willing to manage both strategy and execution and are open to using new technologies and digital platforms
