Communications & Digital Content Specialist - VidakThe OpportunityThis role is newly created and reports directly to the Creative Solutions Manager. It focuses on internal and external copywriting and digital content creation specifically developing and executing strategic copywriting and digital content to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and analyse tender requirements and criteria.Prepare written content for tender submissions in tight timeframes.Collaborate with all parts of the business, including sales, supply chain, project delivery, accounts, and design/R&D, to gather necessary information ensuring the final document is in line with client and tender expectations.Marketing CopyCreate engaging and impactful copy for various marketing materials, including brochures, websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.Tailor content to specific target audiences, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.Collaborate with the Product Solutions team to develop and implement content strategies.Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.Digital Content ManagementCollaborate with the Product Solutions team to plan and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.Develop product and company promotion strategies with the Sales Director and the Solutions Director and execute them through various media and channels.Manage and maintain active social media profiles on Instagram and LinkedIn creating and curating content.Analyse social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.Monitor and respond to social media interactions, comments and messages.Remaining current on the latest digital marketing tools, technologies, and trends, and integrating them to enhance productivity.Monitor any e-commerce activities of competitors.Internal CommunicationsManage internal communication strategies, including newsletters, memos, and updates to keep employees informed about company news, events, and initiatives.What You'll BringA minimum of three years' New Zealand work experience in copywriting, with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across different formats and platforms.Experience in creating tender submissions and other business proposal documents.Proven experience in managing social media accounts for a business or organisation, including content creation and strategy development.Competence in using social media management tools.Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.Experience in incorporating AI tools and technologies into content creation and marketing strategies (e.g., AI-driven analytics, content generation tools).Your Referees will describe you as the "must have" employee, someone who takes ownership of their work and whom everyone enjoys interacting with.Application ProcessKeen to secure one of the best Communications & Digital Content opportunities available in 2024 with a market leading, financially secure, progressive NZ business?
