The role will be integral to facilitating the effective flow of information within and outside the company.This is a part time role – 16 hours/week with an immediate start date but we do not require you to work the summer holidays (December or January).This busy role will support the delivery of related communication activities and initiatives that build the brand and awareness of FletcherTech and drives employee engagement. You will assist in the drafting of all relevant marketing and communications material which includes video, digital and print communication materials, social media campaigns, web site content, press releases and articles.You'll be integral in the planning and preparation of PowerPoint presentations and logistics across various locations to ensure smooth running of internal events and conferences, as well as providing support with media engagements.This is a multi-faceted role suitable for someone who thrives within a dynamic, fast paced environment.About youYou'll be a recent Comms graduate who is a curious and energetic self-starter, with strong written and verbal communication skills and proven experience with multimedia and social media communications.You will have the confidence to share ideas, collaborate and work closely with others.You'll have a natural flair with people and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.You are tech-savvy with a high level of proficiency in creating video content in Canva/Photoshop or similar.You will have an astute eye for what reads well and has visual impact.You'll be a detail-oriented person who values accuracy and consistency in the message.You'll take pride in delivering high-quality work, whilst multi-tasking and prioritising across several projects at any given time.You'll love the thrill of a high-energy environment and enjoy collaborating and adding your creative ideas to the mix.Your proven ability to adapt to competing priorities and maintain good judgement in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a must as we change and evolve as a team and as a business.You'll be open to new ideas and provide motivated support where it's needed.Next stepIf you are interested, click Apply Now.
