Communications and Marketing Advisor - Auckland Communications and Marketing Advisor Hybrid role The Spectrum Group is looking for a Communications and Marketing Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced brand, media, marketing and communications professional to have a significant role in delivering our philanthropic objectives via Spectrum Foundation, as well as supporting the delivery of our disability support services via Spectrum Care and our community housing opportunities via Homes of Choice. The position reports to the executive Communications and Marketing Manager, and will contribute to our wider brand, media, advertising, marketing, communications, events and social media objectives (including campaign creation, social engagement and reporting) to help Spectrum Group achieve its vision of 'an Aotearoa in which all disabled people have equal opportunity to realise their full potential'. You'll have a specific focus on marketing and social media, implementing strategies across Spectrum Foundation and its two charitable subsidiaries (Spectrum Care and Homes of Choice), through the creation of effective campaigns and content. You'll also manage engagements across our social media channels, as well as monitor and report on Spectrum Group's brand presence in these various media. You'll always ensure that our customers remain at the centre of our communications and marketing strategies, and will work to build awareness of who we are and what we do for the people and whanau we support. Most importantly, you'll help to maximise the potential of the people we serve, through wholehearted optimism every day and finding a way together. Lived experience of disability as a disabled person or whanau member would be advantageous. In order to be considered for this role you must have: Bachelor's Degree in communications, media, business, marketing or equivalent 3-5 years' experience in marketing, business communications and/or public relations Strong copywriting and content creation skills, including editing and proofreading #J-18808-Ljbffr
