This team works closely with the Chief Ombudsman and other teams to ensure quality communications for internal and external audiences. Collaboration and innovation are at the heart of the new team, with a commitment to enhancing the profile of the Ombudsman's work.Mo te turanga - About the roleAs the Communications Advisor (Social Media), you will be responsible for creating social media content and campaigns to drive engagement with the Chief Ombudsman's target audiences. You will contribute to the development, implementation and delivery of the Ombudsman's social media strategy, measure campaign performances and monitor trends to inform the current and future social media approach. You will support and work collaboratively with the Manager Communications and Media, Senior Communications Advisors and wider team to deliver other communications advice and products including media statements, speeches and communications plans. This is a unique role that helps support the Chief Ombudsman's strategic intentions.
