Marketing Communications (Marketing & Communications) We are a not for profit in Wellington, specialising in a holistic service for adults experiencing depression, anxiety, and other common forms of mental distress. This is a new role and the Communications Adviser will be centre stage working with our operations team keeping our stakeholders, sponsors, staff and the Community up to speed with what's going on. As a pro-active person with loads of initiative, you'll get to utilise all your experience, creativity and flair in this role. We are keen for you to lead, plan and implement how our Centre works with internal and external stakeholders, keeping information flowing and promoting our Centre's objectives. The role will be a varied one, working closely with the General Manager to enhance brand visibility and reputation, coordinate funding, sponsors, and communication needs for the Centre. Experience & Knowledge Tertiary qualification, experience in stakeholder management and 5+ years work experience in a similar role. A strong communicator with expertise in managing multiple stakeholder relationships Proven ability in developing and implementing strategic communications and stakeholder engagement plans. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organised, with an ability to work on multiple projects at the same time under tight timeframes. Confident and personable, comfortable being with main communications liaison for the organisation.
