About the role
Are you an experienced Communications Advisor looking to make a difference in the marketing and communications landscape? We're on the lookout for a confident, dynamic, and self-motivated marketing professional to drive the company's communication strategy, helping to share our success stories – it's a dream job that doesn't come around often!
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement effective communication plans to support the company's objectives
Create engaging and informative content for various channels, including website, social media, and internal communications
Develop and coordinate our inventory of imagery, logos, templates, & brand collateral
Manage media relations and generate positive media coverage
Organise events and sponsorships to raise the company's profile
Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of communication activities, and making recommendations for improvement
What we're looking for
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a communications or marketing role (previous design experience an advantage)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
Media relations experience and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with local media
Proficiency in social media management and content creation
Proven track record in corporate event planning and execution
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on the impact of communication activities
Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
