This role is critical to facilitating that.About the roleIn this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving effective internal communication across our growing organisation, ensuring our team is well-informed, engaged, and aligned with our company's vision and values.What you'll be doingDual language role:Assisting the factory manager to ensure accurate and clear messaging between workforce and management.Monitor the outcomes of messaging and adjust as required.Support the Filipino team in understanding the tasks required, assisting in ensuring efficient and accurate translation of plans to actions and outcomes.Support the team in understanding requirements and communicate to management as required.Act as a liaison / HS representative to raise safety concerns and communicate outcomes.Provide support for the workforce during changes to processes and systems, consulting to garner input and perspective.Translation assistance for workplace documentation and training:Co-operate with other stakeholders to accurately translate and communicate/train the team on processes and systems.Actively participate in toolbox meetings ensuring workers' concerns are raised and documented and feedback is communicated.Provide training to workers to ensure concepts and messages are understood.Hire Fleet administration as required.What we're looking forFluent Filipino speaker with exceptional English language skills.Construction experience or understanding would be beneficial.Team player.Minimum 3 years of experience in a communications or employee engagement role.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.Proactive, adaptable, and a team player with a positive, can-do attitude.If you're excited to play a key role in shaping our internal communication strategy, we encourage you to apply now and be part of our dynamic and growing team.
