This role is pivotal in producing high-quality, creative content and supporting internal and external communication efforts.
You'll work on projects that align with our values and mission, helping to strengthen our brand, engage employees, and reach wider audiences.This role needs to be based out of our Ellerslie, Auckland office.If you're passionate about content creation, storytelling, and fostering meaningful engagement, this is your chance to make an impact.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation: Craft compelling content for digital platforms, social media, blogs, newsletters, and campaigns that align with our brand and communication goals.Internal Communications: Lead employee newsletters, announcements, and event communications to foster engagement and support workplace culture initiatives.External Communications: Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to produce promotional materials, website content, and PR support.Stakeholder Engagement: Work with internal teams to source stories and craft messages that resonate with diverse audiences.Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimise future communications.Project Collaboration: Partner with teams across Skills Group, including Health & Safety and People & Culture, to meet project deadlines and drive initiatives.Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout youYou are a creative communicator with a knack for storytelling and a passion for engaging audiences.
