Your strategic leadership will drive our mission, ensuring alignment with Whanau Ora legislation and compliance, and fostering innovation and collaboration across departments.This is an independent contractor opportunity, working directly with and reporting to the COO of WOCA until the end of June 2025.Key Tasks and ResponsibilitiesLead and Transition - Transition from the CDO and manage relationships with TPK for AIP negotiations.
Coordinate the annual AIP preparation cycle and be part of the senior negotiations team.Strategic Oversight - Manage the Annual WOCA 24/25 Consolidated work programme and provide formal quarterly reporting on progress.Leadership Coordination - Manage regular monthly internal meetings of the Senior WOCA Leadership Team, ensuring alignment across internal backbone work programmes.Event Support - Provide support to the Director of Commissioning for progressing the WOCA 2025 Conference.Risk Management - Develop and implement risk mitigation plans within our comprehensive portfolio.Your Skills and ExperienceDemonstrates strong financial management and project management skills.Proven track record in leading strategic initiatives and projects.Driving success through innovation and collaboration while juggling multiple timelines.Excellent communication skills for crafting detailed reports and updates.Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with inspiring leadership qualities.Strong ability to work well in a team and manage relationships effectively.How to ApplyTo apply for this exciting opportunity, click the "Quick Apply" button on SEEK.
