We have a fantastic opportunity in our kitchen brigade for a passionate Commis or Demi Chef, wishing to expand their culinary horizons.
You will bring your passion for food and skills to surprise and delight our guests throughout their conference/ event experience.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver a wonderful culinary experience to all guests Ensure all food produced is in line with kitchen recipes and standards Be familiar with the other kitchen sections, promoting flexibility and productivity.
Qualifications Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, ideally you also have: A passion for delivering a wonderful culinary experience to our guests Previous experience in a similar role Must hold a NZ Food Safety certificate or the ability to obtain one Flexibility in availability, including weekends and public holidays.
