Brew Union Brewing Company is on the search for our next superstar Commis Chef to join our kitchen team and assist in enhancing our food experience.
Reporting directly to the Head Chef, the candidate will bring a willingness to learn and develop their craft in a fast paced busy inner city restaurant/bar/brewery.
With a well experienced senior kitchen team - growth, development & experience is assured.
Tasks will include:
Food preparation - following recipes and techniques. Assisting the kitchen team with food health and safety regulations. Learning and crafting the various sections within the kitchen.Ensuring the kitchen has adequate food stock and informing supervisors when stock is low.Keeping the kitchen organized and clean. Cooking and plating meals to the standards set by the head chef.Follow set policies to maintain standards for health & safety at work in all food preparation areas.Learning and improving culinary knowledgeDishesWhat we will provide:

Open Monday-Sunday, we offer a relaxed hospitality experience within our defined spaces – bar, restaurant, and outside courtyard with a total capacity of 310!
We also have a yearly close-down period over Christmas and New Years to allow everyone time to relax and refresh with friends and family.
