Key Job Responsibilities
Contribute to the production of food items.
Work as part of the wider kitchen and restaurant team.
Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
Be familiar with the menu of the day and know your responsibilities in accordance to the menu.
Maintain a clean and organised work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers and staff.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures and safety regulations.

Have excellent customer service skills.
Demonstrate a can-do attitude.
Demonstrate self-motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
Have excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach to colleagues and customers.
Ability to work in a team.
Ability to work a flexible shift pattern.
