We seek… THE EXCEPTION.Our new Commis Chef will work directly with our head chef, Malcolm and sous Chef Fatma to support our internal Kitchen Team with day & evening dining, positively impacting the lives of over 200,000 customers annually while loving what we get to do!WHAT YOU WILL LOVE TO DO…You will work arm-in-arm with our Head Chef, Sous Chef, and Chef de Parties to support our kitchen team so they can do their BEST and most productive work.You will be involved in organizing and keeping your section processes on track and constantly evolving.You will keep your kitchen section well-prepared, organized, and well-maintained.You will increase the engagement and fulfillment of our team by supporting and helping them develop and grow through participating in culture-building activities.You will coordinate daily logistical details to support menu delivery and service standards.You will create special moments of WOW for our team members and customers by playing an important role in delivering consistent food preparation and service standards.You will verbally communicate with internal and external stakeholders with professional integrity.You will thrive on having a unique mix of recurring tasks and special projects that add variety to your job role.You will help create and plan your personal and professional growth focuses.You are unusually organized and super detail-oriented!You are super reliable.
