About the role: This is a key position within our Levin commercial store where you will be helping to achieve sales and store profitability targets, as well as building on our market share within the local region.
You will need to be confident in dealing with commercial and fleet customers, providing technical advice where required, and ensuring KPI's and budgets are met.
This is a multi-faceted position requiring someone who is willing to learn all roles and aspects of the business, with a strong operational focus.
This role is for 40 hours per week across Monday to Friday.
To be successful you will need: A full, clean NZ Driver's License A minimum of 2 years previous experience within a similar role, managing and leading people Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of the automotive or tyre industry Previous experience working within a fleet role, or an understanding of fleet operations, would be advantageous In return we can offer you: Competitive remuneration of $65,500 per annum, including performance bonuses and regular pay reviews Full uniform, PPE and on-the-job training given Great opportunities for advancement and growth within the business Generous staff and family benefits and discounts Please Note: As Bridgestone is committed to ensuring a safe and healthy work environment, you will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical and drug screening test.
