We are delighted to be working with them on finding an Associate Commercial Solicitor to join their outstanding and high-performing Commercial team.
About the role This role will be set in the Commercial team and will involve working on behalf of businesses at both a transactional and advisory level.
Their clients range from small start-ups to complex corporations across a diverse range of industries (logistics, construction, tourism, etc).
The work will be cutting-edge, interesting, and varied.
This role will include, but is not limited to: Advising, negotiating, and drafting commercial contracts Business restructuring (incl.

You will have good business acumen and a knack for thinking outside the box, possessing great problem-solving skills.
You will also be a great communicator, able to connect well with your clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, forging long-term relationships.
Most importantly, you will need to have a go-getter attitude with a strong passion and motivation to work long-term at this pace.
