This role is instrumental in maintaining a seamless workflow, ensuring high-quality installations, and fostering a positive and safe on-site environment. This comprehensive approach, including updating and maintaining safety documentation and conducting weekly toolbox talks, aligns with the goals of successful aluminium joinery projects. As the Commercial Site Manager, your role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of projects.Responsibilities Include:Manage and lead day-to-day site operations and onsite personnel, ensuring efficiency and adherence to project specifications.Undertake thorough site measures to assess dimensions, specifications, and any unique features impacting resource requirements.Oversee the installation of aluminium joinery systems, collaborating with the project team to meet quality standards.Conduct regular inspections to ensure that aluminium joinery installations meet quality standards and address any issues promptly.Enforce and promote a strong safety culture on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.Serve as the primary point of contact between on-site teams and the project manager and address and resolve on-site issues promptly, collaborating with the project manager and other stakeholders as needed.About you:Proven Expertise: You have a solid foundation in Site Management with 3+ years of experience working in roles that have honed your skills.Problem-Solving Abilities: You excel at identifying issues and implementing effective solutions. Your analytical mindset and ability to think critically enable you to approach problems from multiple angles and find innovative ways to overcome obstacles.Adaptability: In an ever-changing landscape, you are quick to adapt to new technologies, methodologies, and industry trends.
