Your Role Join us as the Mini CEO of our brand portfolio, where you'll act as the business expert within your category and play a vital role in ZURU's global success. As an expert generalist, you'll be the central nervous system connecting various teams, understanding and implementing the global strategy across supply planning, merchandising, sales, marketing, and operations. Your excellent soft skills and EQ will be crucial in fostering collaborative relationships with global teams.

How You Will Make an Impact Take charge of a multi-million-dollar brand portfolio, steering it from product/brand ideation to consumer hands. Enjoy autonomy and contribute significantly to ZURU's global success across its diverse pillars. Collaborate with global sales teams and major retailers in Europe, the USA, and ANZ to set future strategies that excel across the 4 Ps (product, price, promotion, place).
Sales Strategy DevelopmentDevelop and implement persuasive sales strategies through effective storytelling.Set and execute global go-to-market strategies for the brand portfolio.Act as the category expert, identifying new product and category opportunities.Develop winning price and promotion strategies and drive sales. Relationship ManagementCollaborate with sales country and account managers to ensure cohesive brand execution.Work closely with marketing teams to build sales and marketing collateral supporting new product launches.Work across New Product Development teams, Production, and Logistics to guarantee a successful market launch.Global RepresentationAttend global toy fairs and pitch brands to the biggest retailers worldwide.Supply Chain CoordinationWork with demand and supply planning teams on product rollout planning.Confirm global sales forecasts and oversee inventory to meet demand.Innovation and New Product/Brand Development Identify market/customer gaps and provide innovative solutions.Build sales tools, including case studies, to drive cross-pollinating success.Skills & Experience RequiredExperience: 2+ years in business-related rolesTeam Collaboration: Ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.Mindset: Commercial and analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Travel: Willingness for overseas travel, as required.LIFE@ZURU At ZURU, we have cultivated a high-performing culture that encourages excellence.
