They are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their supportive and dynamic team.About the OpportunityThis role focuses primarily on commercial property matters, where you will work closely with senior members of the firm's Commercial Property team. They are looking for a Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE, ideally in the mid-level range of 3-5 years PQE. The position involves handling a variety of interesting and complex matters, including but not limited to, commercial and residential conveyancing, commercial leases, subdivisions, refinancing, shareholder agreements, sale and purchase of businesses, easements, and property development.This role represents an excellent next step in your career, offering you the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your professional goals are taken seriously.
