Led by 2 Partners who have a strong reputation in this area, this is a great opportunity for a Senior Solicitor or Associate to join a team that offers top training, complex work and great career development!RoleAs a Commercial Property Solicitor, this role will offer a variety of work that will challenge your legal expertise. The role will include:land acquisitions and salesnegotiating contract termsstructuring entitiesfacilitating the titling and sales process for property developmentscommercial leasingsubdivisionscomplex property developmentOverseas Investment Office advicecommercial structuring (including trusts)wine industry-related mattersYou'll get a great amount of variety in this role and the support of a team who love what they do and love coming to work every day!What You BringWe are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience working in commercial property law and a passion to develop your career in this space. You'll have a proven ability to manage your own files effectively and your self-awareness and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with both colleagues and clients. Being highly responsive and organised, you'll be able to juggle a wide variety of tasks without compromising on quality or efficiency. This is a fun team who love what they do, so we are looking for someone positive and outgoing who is a bit of a geek about all things property!You'll also have the opportunity to work from one of the most beautiful spots in NZ and be based out of this firm's Queenstown office.
