Led by 2 Partners who have a strong reputation in this area, this is a great opportunity for a Senior Solicitor or Associate to join a team that offers top training, complex work and great career development!
Role
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, this role will offer a variety of work that will challenge your legal expertise. The role will include:
land acquisitions and sales
negotiating contract terms
structuring entities
facilitating the titling and sales process for property developments
commercial leasing
subdivisions
complex property development
Overseas Investment Office advice
commercial structuring (including trusts)
wine industry-related matters
You'll get a great amount of variety in this role and the support of a team who love what they do and love coming to work every day!
What You Bring
We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience working in commercial property law and a passion to develop your career in this space. You'll have a proven ability to manage your own files effectively and your self-awareness and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with both colleagues and clients. Being highly responsive and organised, you'll be able to juggle a wide variety of tasks without compromising on quality or efficiency. This is a fun team who love what they do, so we are looking for someone positive and outgoing who is a bit of a geek about all things property!
You'll also have the opportunity to work from one of the most beautiful spots in NZ and be based out of this firm's Queenstown office. If you are 5+ years PQE and are interested in this kind of opportunity, there is potential for a remote role to be considered as well.
