Your role will help ensure that Council's assets are strategically managed, developed, and maintained cost-effectively. You'll be involved in a variety of responsibilities, from assisting with land acquisitions and disposals to supporting long-term planning and managing projects that align with Council objectives.You will also contribute to drafting property-specific policies and maintaining compliance, particularly in areas such as asbestos management. Building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders will be key to your success, as you help facilitate meetings and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR - KEI TE KIMI MATOU I TENEI MOMO TANGATAWe're seeking a motivated individual with experience in commercial property management or administration. You'll ideally have qualifications in property or a related field, along with strong organizational and communication skills. Experience working with legal documents, property transactions, or policies will be highly valuable, as will your ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.You should be adaptable, proactive, and capable of working both independently and within a team. The ability to build effective relationships and deliver high-quality results will be essential. If you have a passion for improving processes and supporting a strategic approach to property management, this role is for you.
