Job Description To manage a portfolio of properties to achieve best outcomes for clients including: Securing new tenancies BWOF and health and safety compliance Approval of Landlord expenses Rent and OPEX accounts receivable Property maintenance and improvements Engaging valuers, insurance brokers and consultants Negotiating lease terms, renewals and rent reviews Identify highest and best use opportunities of a property including: Alternative tenancy values Redevelopment options Maintain strong relationships with tenants including: Developing their trust and support Ensuring their requirements are understood and addressed wherever possible Reporting to Owners and Managing Director including: Monthly reporting Regular communication and in person meetings We operate as a team and the best outcome for the team is your shared responsibility.
There will be other tasks required from time to time as requested or initiated by others.
You will be required to travel as our portfolio of buildings are located throughout New Zealand.
Previous experience in property management alongside a strong base of computer skills in Excel, Word and Outlook is essential.
We operate Re-Leased property management software and Xero accounting software.
Hours are negotiable for the right person.
