We have an established, cohesive team with in-house accounts and administrative support and work closely alongside a group of commercial sales and leasing specialists. Due to the growth in our portfolio, we require an additional property manager to join our team.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
A background in commercial property management or experience as a Body Corporate Manager.
The ability to work as part of a team and independently.

Our ideal candidate will also have: Experience with property management software and reporting is ideal.
Negotiation skills.
Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Excellent people skills.
A high degree of self-management and task completion ability.
Excellent organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
High level of attention to detail.
Full New Zealand Residency and Driver's License.
