Harcourts Cooper & Co have 16 office across the North Shore, Rodney and the North West and we are committed to delivering for our team, clients and community.Our commercial division, Harcourts NAI are based on the North Shore and are a vibrant, friendly team who pride themselves on their professionalism and results, backed by supportive leadership team.About the roleWe are looking for a professional Commercial Property Manager to join our award winning team in a full time role.Duties will include (but not limited to):Managing a commercial property management portfolio.Developing and maintaining effective relationships with tenants.Providing excellent service.Increasing the value of clients' properties through effective lease management.Managing the software system, entering data, managing events and producing internal and external reports.Promptly dealing with all tasks in an effective manner.Regularly inspecting client properties.Further duties as needed.Minimum Requirements:Applicants must have at least 2 years' proven experience in commercial property management and proficiency with property management software and reporting (preferably Re-Leased).To succeed in this role, you will also need:Attention to detail.The ability to work under pressure.The ability to work in a team environment.Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and excellent people skills.Professional presentation and approach to all tasks.A high degree of self-management, multi-tasking and task completion ability.Full driver's licence.In return, you will be part of a vibrant, friendly team who pride themselves on their professionalism and award-winning results, backed by a highly supportive office environment and management.If you are confident in your abilities to succeed and will thrive in this career opportunity, please apply through the online application form with an up-to-date CV and cover letter.
