Commercial Property Manager

Randstad Property is working with a well-known Property and Asset management firm looking for an astute Commercial Property Manager to join their Auckland team.A great opportunity to work across a mixed-use portfolio including commercial-office, retail, and industrial properties. For the right person, there is the potential to progress into a Senior leadership position within the team.Responsibilities:Day-to-day management of a mixed-use portfolio consisting of commercial office, retail, and industrial property.Ensuring the portfolio is managed in line with investment goals and objectives.Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.Lease negotiations and renewals, rent collection, and arrears management.Work alongside the portfolio's team to ensure assets are well-maintained and presentable.Requirements:3+ years of experience in commercial property management.Tertiary qualifications in Property is preferred but not required.Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a keen eye for detail.Excellent time management and organizational skills.A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well under pressure.A great opportunity to work for a well-known Property & Asset Management firm; this would make an excellent opportunity for an intermediate commercial property manager looking for long-term career progression.
