Due to the continued growth and success of this practice area, we are now recruiting for an experienced Property & Private Client Lawyer with 3 to 5 years PQE, to join us in our stunning new Christchurch office.Working alongside our partners and staff across the country, this is an ideal opportunity to progress your career through involvement in all aspects of our varied and exciting Property and Private Client practice.
While working within the private client space, you will also be exposed to commercial property acquisitions and divestments, contract and commercial work, large scale property development, commercial leasing, and subdivisions.This opportunity brings with it a beautiful new office in the centre city, the package and benefits of a large law firm, and the opportunity to be part of a fantastic high-performing team.What you will bringTo succeed in this role, you will bring at least 3 years' practical experience in property and private client matters or a blend of property and general commercial experience.
