About the Opportunity: You will play a key role in the team, working across matters relating to retail, industrial real estate, leasing, developments, subdivisions, construction, and domestic and overseas acquisitions and disposals. This firm has a unique offering, as they work on a spectrum of matters from small scale offices to major New Zealand property transactions; meaning you will always have a variety of stimulating work across your desk. You will work most closely with one highly-skilled Partner, but equally will recieve work and collaborate with several lawyers across the firm and will be able to tap into their client networks to develop your own property practice.
