The Role Lead the development of robust financial models and forecasts to support strategic initiatives.
Work closely with the commercial team to provide insights and recommendations that drive business performance.
Deliver accurate and timely financial reports to the CFO and other key stakeholders.
Oversee the annual budgeting process and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Analyse financial performance metrics and propose actionable strategies for improvement.
Collaborate with various departments to support financial and operational decision-making.
Your Profile Demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, and commercial management.
Ability to translate financial data into strategic insights and recommendations.
Strong interpersonal skills with a history of successful cross-functional partnerships.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, multi-site environment with shifting priorities.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, or a related field; professional certifications are advantageous.
Hold full, unrestricted working rights for New Zealand and be based in Christchurch / Canterbury.
