Reporting to and collaborating closely with our Head of Corporate (NZ), the partnerships you develop will be instrumental in generating revenue and supporting success across all customer teams. You have collaborated and driven outcomes with internal teams to ensure initiatives are delivered to market, providing meaningful results and scalability. Your expertise has led to structuring agreements that balance organisational objectives with partner interests. With a history of managing complex B2B relationships, you have delivered short and long-term value to stakeholders. Ideally, you possess an understanding of dairy and beef industry trends and dynamics that will allow you to identify emerging opportunities. You are comfortable engaging with high-level stakeholders and excel at managing communications both internally and externally.What your day could look likeValue Delivery with Commercial Partners: Identify, scope, and deliver world-class initiatives that provide measurable value to farmers, Halter and our partners.External Relationships: Lead meetings with external partners, and understand the business structure, needs and problems, to unlock opportunities.
