About the Role The LPG Commercial Optimisation Manager is responsible for aligning and optimising commercial outcomes for LPG across our business. This role focuses on coordinating efforts in Home, Business, Commercial & Industrial (C&I), LPG operations, and Wholesale to maximise group gross margin for Genesis. They will lead strategic initiatives, conduct commercial modelling, and foster cross-functional collaboration for optimal performance and customer satisfaction. By applying a commercial lens, they support senior management in decision-making, enabling Genesis to achieve its long-term strategic goals while ensuring efficient operations through strategic planning and partnerships aligned with our Retail Strategy of Empowering the customer-led transition.
Key Responsibilities Develop and track key performance indicators to measure the success of commercial initiatives.Lead the development and execution of strategic plans aimed at optimising commercial outcomes for the LPG business within Retail.Identify, evaluate, and communicate opportunities for group gross margin uplift within the LPG business with senior management.Develop an integrated commercial model across the LPG value chain to enhance understanding of touchpoints and opportunities.Provide commercial insights to optimise LPG assets, including sales, margins, pricing, and depot capacity.Monitor commercial performance and develop key performance indicators to measure success.About You At least 2 years' experience working in commercialisation, consultancy, or finance business support roles.A deep understanding of the economics of the Energy Industry.Excellent influencing, communication and relationship-building skills.High levels of business and strategic acumen.About Our Benefits At Genesis, we value your wellbeing and your contribution to our team.
