Event Management (Marketing & Communications)Contract/TempYou will be responsible for securing commercial revenue and leading the management and coordination of various commercial operational tasks at the TRFU.You will optimize sales for Taranaki Rugby across several revenue streams and will lead day-to-day commercial operational tasks, including, but not limited to, commercial events, annual stakeholder packs, commercial player engagements, stakeholder account management, and the smooth operation of hospitality on match day.Specific Duties and ResponsibilitiesCommercial OperationsManage the selling and delivery of Taranaki Rugby commercial partnerships (cash and contra), including existing relationships and new business opportunities.Manage the selling and delivery of Taranaki Rugby corporate hospitality packages.Manage the selling and delivery of Taranaki Rugby corporate memberships and bulk ticket packages.Manage the selling and delivery of Taranaki Rugby event opportunities.Plan and execute successful commercial events, including networking events, season launch events, CMK Club Finals Day, etc.Organise commercial apparel branding with local suppliers.Plan and execute hospitality arrangements at all Taranaki Rugby events with all suppliers.Manage the planning and execution of Taranaki Rugby commercial stakeholder packs.Manage and plan the execution of team engagements with commercial stakeholders.Manage and execute commercial signage delivery.Account manage allocated Taranaki Rugby stakeholder relationships.Other commercial tasks upon request.Other SupportSupport all elements of the commercial team to a first-class standard.Participate in any team activities to achieve the overall objectives of the organisation.Actively work towards achieving the organisation's annual performance targets.All other tasks as and when required.Our ValuesWe expect all team members to follow our core values in everything they do:ProfessionalAmbitiousAccountableHealth and SafetyAssist and maintain a successful health and safety system while always maintaining a safe workplace for employees and visitors.
