- Managing a team of 4 quantity surveyors

- Supporting the leadership team with cost management, risk management, and strategic planning

This role could suit an experienced manager or a Senior QS ready for the next career step. We are looking for:

Quantity surveying experience on complex/commercial construction projects

Good knowledge of NZ3910 and local construction methods

Experience supervising/mentoring junior staff

Excellent communication and team playing skills
