Commercial Manager

Join the management team of a commercial construction business and lead the commercial and quantity surveying function for their Wellington region.
Key Responsibilities:

Secure forward workload.
Manage a team of 5 quantity surveyors.
Support the leadership team with cost management, risk management, and strategic planning.

This role could suit: an experienced manager or a Senior QS ready for the next career step. We are looking for:

Quantity surveying experience on complex/commercial construction projects.
Good knowledge of NZ3910 and local construction methods.
Experience supervising/mentoring junior staff.
Excellent communication and team playing skills.
