About the Role:
As a Commercial Manager, located in our Timaru office and reporting to the local Area Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in:

Seeking new business
Retaining & strengthening relationships with our current portfolio of commercial clients
Supporting both new & existing clients with sound risk management advice and solutions

This role is key to FMG's growth aspirations and involves being part of a local team as well as a national channel.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in insurance or finance industry
Financial Services Level 5 Certificate (or willing to work towards)
Exceptional relationship-building skills with clients, community, and alliance partners
Positive, growth mindset and enthusiastic attitude
Solution-driven, high achiever, adaptable under pressure
