The Opportunity:We are seeking a talented Finance Business Partner to support our Marketing team for our non-alc' portfolio. This role will provide meaningful insights and critical financial analysis to support New Product Development (NPD) business cases, brand strategies, and the Mid-Term Plan. As a key partner, you will optimise investments, identify opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic projects to drive the continued success of our brands.
Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting & Analysis, Budgets & Forecasts Own and manage all aspects of Advertising and Promotion (A&P), and Overheads budgeting, tracking, and forecasting for Partner Brand's Portfolios.Lead the assignment of Brand A&P investment, ensuring a Return on Investment (ROI) mindset.Commercial Support Support the Brand team in identifying business opportunities, driving New Product Development (NPD), and optimizing portfolios through the development of business cases.Ensure governance frameworks for NPD are adhered to.Conduct insightful analysis to identify financial opportunities and risks impacting brand performance.Analysis, Insight & Strategic Themed Work Assist in the development of Brand Strategies and Mid-Term Plans by providing valuable financial analysis.Leverage both internal and external data sources to develop clear observations and strategic insights.Offer finance-related support for key strategic initiatives.What You Bring:Proven experience in business partnering and stakeholder managementStrong commercial acumen and communication skillsExposure to working with Sales or Marketing functionsA self-driven and results-oriented individualComfortable with ad-hoc, non-standardised processesProactive and able to take initiativeConfident in driving conversations with business partnersWilling to challenge the status quo and provide constructive feedbackA strategic mindset, particularly in brand development (desirable)The ability to communicate effectively with non-finance stakeholdersFMCG experience preferred (Although not essential if other criteria are met)SAP exposure is highly beneficialUnleash Your Spirit!As Suntorians we believe in Dreaming Big and Growing for Good.
